Excellent lesson in principles of representative government!

Under the color of law:

Too many of us citizens, persons, and residents (and subjects) think of the "authorities" as unquestionable and their by-laws as unchangeable.

Pshaw.

You guys make me want to dust off and reread the US Bill of Rights...

Let's see...

"Congress shall make no law..." (!!)

Wow, we better clean those puppies up. I mean we are all created equal, and even British royalty, swearing oaths via the Bible, must admit we are all sons and daughters of Adam and Eve. That's a thing they prolly don't want to talk about. But it's there in the founding principles of common law.

Notice the loss of standing when/if one accepts the designation of Citizen, Person, or Resident, sometimes via the all CAPS moniker, which is "dead" and meeds "CPR" in order to maintain color of law status of subjugation, not "liber" not sovereign, not befitting a free man. Flip side: living men and women, sons and daughters, are equal under natural law and are self-sovereign.

"CPR" = subject

"When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth the separate and equal station to which the laws of Nature and of Nature's god entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind require that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation..."

This introduction to the Declaration of Independence of the united States of America presents a natural law claim. It is a lawful claim as opposed to a legal claim.

Rightful, not legislated.

Note "Mountain Man's" explanation of his lawful (not "legal") standing which trumps the color of law claimed authority of the judge, who stands aside, completely recusing her claimed authority.
